WARDROBE HEIGHT
There are 3 price categories based on the wardrobe height:
Category 1 : up to 246 cm
Category 2 : from 246,1 to 262 cm
Category 3 : from 262,1 to 294 cm
The on measure height within a category is free of charge.
For example, a 290 cm tall cabinet has the same price as a cabinet that is 272.5 cm high because both fall into the same category.
At least 1 cm less than the measured room height. Maximum.

WARDROBE DEPTH
With a cupboard depth of 53 cm and less, the clothes rails are not automatically included.
The door thickness of 18 mm is always included in the cabinet depth.

SIDE PANELS
We will send you a large panel from which you can cut off the two side fillers yourself. This has the advantage that you can first assemble the cabinet and then measure the width of the fillers again exactly. In this way you can even out sloping walls, avoid a possible gap and achieve the best possible result. If you hire an installer, ask him or her if he has a suitable tool - saw - available to cut the panel. Professionals and carpenters usually have the opportunity to do this job smoothly.
Alternatively, do you want the side fillers - right and left - to be cut ready for installation according to the niche width you measured? This requires maximum accuracy when measuring the dimensions and is easier for you to assemble. It is best to remove the skirting boards on the sides of the wardrobe if it is possible - e.g. wooden skirting boards or coated pdf. However, we can also supply the side fillers with a cut-out for the skirting boards -for example for a tiled skirting board. If you wish so, please tell us the height and depth of the baseboards on the notes on the cart page. Attention, with our wardrobes, it is not possible to make a cut for the skirting board behind the wardrobe. The skirting board has to be removed or the wardrobe will stand at a distance from the wall equal to the thickness of the skirting board.
In case of an extra panel for self-cutting, the panel is 246 cm high and 45,4 cm wide.

One shelf is included for each module. It has no fixed position and can be mounted at any height.

A freestanding wardrobe does not need a niche, but is – as the name implies – free, behind the back is a wall. Not only we deliver lacquered doors but also lacquered side panels.
We can deliver the cabinet from 48 cm in all widths. In the configurator you can choose from different widths or specify the exact niche width. If you also want special dimensions, please contact us by e-mail to cristina@idaw.eu.
In this case, the freestanding wardrobe is a good solution. You just push him into the corner. Upon request, we can also provide a mixed solution of free-standing wardrobe and fitted wardrobe. Yes, that does indeed exist: with the glass door cupboard “Open”. We offer a solution which, on the one hand, takes up many advantages of the walk-in wardrobe. Thanks to glass doors and side panels the daylight can pass through the entire storage space and create an open, non-constricting room image, while integrating the benefits of doors in this cupboard system.
For the configuration select a fitted wardrobe, one side is attached to the wall (e.g. in the “half-niche”). Write a simple comment in the comments field of the order with the information, which side must be lacquered, and which side as a fitted wardrobe (the side cover panel will be provided) is to be produced. The price does not change.
